Kyndall Turns 30

Back in March, Matt and I took off for the weekend to head to Little Rock for Kyndall's 30th birthday. It was nice to just enjoy some adult time with Blake and Bee.  We went to eat at Sushi Cafe on Friday night with Clint and Sarah, and Jules. Saturday morning, the boys went golfing and Kyndall and I went shopping ALL.DAY.LONG. Gosh, I miss my shopping companion!! Saturday night, Blake rented out U.S. Pizza in Hillcrest and we had a big party for Kyndall. So many people came to celebrate her and we had the best time.

I love you to the moon, Bee!!! There is no other person on this earth that I would want to call my sister.  I can't believe you're 30! (Because that just reminds me I'm 35!). Thanks for letting us be a part of your big celebration! We love you!

Our First Little Vacation as a Family of Four

Oh, I wish so badly that I had more time to blog!! Things have been really good with our sweet family, we've just been crazy busy with work, church, MDO, dance, and all the fun things in between. Matt and I were wanting to take a little family vacation this year, and as badly as we wanted to go to the beach, it just seemed like a ridiculous idea with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. I mean, really, it's 12 hours away!   So... We thought of the next best thing... BRANSON! Well, probably not the next best thing but, it's only 1.5 hours away.😊.

It turns out, we had the BEST time and are thinking about going back in the fall.  We stayed at the Marriott Willow Ridge (unbelievably family-oriented) and loved every minute of it. All the pools are heated (total bonus) so we swam almost every day. We cooked in our suite, went to Silver Dollar City, shopped at the Landing, and just soaked up time with our kiddos. It was a perfect 4 days.

We stopped at Roaring River to see the fish...she was so excited!

Our last night we went to the Disney Store and let them pick out some goodies.  She was pretty proud of her Daisy.  :))
