⚽️ Spring Sports ⚾️

We’ve had the best time watching both kids in Spring sports this year.  Reese has been playing soccer on Team Glory, and Brooks is playing travel baseball with RBI. The days of practice and weekends of games has been demanding, but they’re both so fun to watch.  This was Reese’s first year to try soccer, and she did great. She had a great coach and met some sweet girls. I loved watching her learn and try something new.

Brooks has really come into his own and has been learning more and more about baseball and being a part of a team.  Their improvement has been extraordinary as a team, and we love all the boys he plays with. One Saturday it hailed on us, but it was just a delay of game.  On Mother's Day, all the boys wore pink jerseys and brought roses to the Moms. The coaches let the moms base coach the first game, which we WON! 🏆

It's been so fun watching them improve with every game. We still have 3 tournaments, so here's hoping for a Championship ring before the season ends. 😍

Promotion to Executive Rep

Last year was a huge year for me with Eli Lilly. I have been with the company for 16 years and have gradually worked my way from a Sales Rep to Senior Sales Rep and this year, I was promoted to Executive Sales Rep. To be an Exec, you have to have consistent year over year sales performance at 100% or above, as well as Area impact (for me, that’s impact over 3 states in the South Central area).

I’m not one to post an accomplishment like this on social media or go around telling people, however I wanted to blog about it so that I can look back and remember how hard I worked to get here. It wasn’t easy, but I continued to work towards it and am beyond excited that I accomplished a huge professional goal that I set for myself.

These pictures are from our awards night in March. It was an exciting night on stage😍

Thankful to be part of such an amazing team of individuals!

Easter 2023

Easter Sunday was a great one this year.  We were ALL together.  Kyndall and Blake and the kids drove in for the weekend and Mom cooked an amazing meal at the farm.  As I get older, these are the days I cherish most.
