Dad and Landon had market for the lumberyard in February. It was in Orlando, and my sweet and precious Dad invited Kyndall and me to come too. Mom and Brandi usually travel with them, so the four of us girls spent 4 days in the park having the BEST time. I've never been to Universal, so it was exciting to see what it was all about. The weather was amazing and we ate delicious food at places like VIVO, Cowfish, Antojitos, the Chocolate Emporium, and Margaritaville (on National Margarita Day of course ð).
Landon and Dad spent Wednesday and Saturday with us in the parks. Although I have never read a Harry Potter book, I was in awe of the Wizarding World of Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. My favorite ride was Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure and Escape from Gringott's. The Hulk rollercoaster...not so much. ð We stayed just a short walk/boat ride away from the parks on the city walk.
I'm thankful that Matt held down the fort with the kids and let me sneak away to spend some time with my family. I can't think of the last time the 5 of us were together on a trip, just us. It was very unusual/kinda nice to grab a table for 6 sans kids menus. ð It's a trip I will always cherish and memories I won't forget. It really was PERFECT!
