Thanksgiving

2016 would've been our year to drive to Monroe for Thanksgiving with Matt's family. We always have such a wonderful time with family in LA, but due to Matt using a lot of his PTO for his surgery in September, we had to stay here.  Thankfully, we have family close by and were able to go out to Mom and Dad's Thursday afternoon to celebrate.

It was a wonderful time! We had so much amazing food, the kiddos rode the train that the tractor pulled, we roasted s'mores outside by the fire pit, ate some more, watched football, took naps, shot guns, and of course ate some more.  It was a perfect day!

We have so very much to be thankful for, today and always.  It was a great day reflecting on what is most important to us, and thanking God for our every day blessings. I sure am thankful for all the people in these pictures.  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
