Christmas Day was a great one for our crew. I was shocked, but the kids actually slept until almost 7:30, I had to wake them up. Reese asked Santa for an American Girl doll that looks like her and lots of clothes for her doll. "Trudy" has red hair and blue eyes. Brooks asked Santa for the Hot Wheels Garage. That thing is huge. Both kids must have been good this year, because Santa brought them both what they wanted. After opening all of our presents, we headed out to Mom and Dad's. The day was full of love, joy, and laughter.
The grands put on a piano concert for everyone :)
It truly was a day of blessings. Nana and Mamaw were able to spend the whole day with us, and that was very special. The kids were spoiled rotten by a Mimi and Pawpaw who love them so, and there were so many wonderful memories made. I'm thankful every day for this crew of mine. Hope each of you had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
